Not all data in my file are readable. Glossa offers me to import only a part of my file. What should I do?
When you see this message the app has encountered unreadable characters and has cancelled the import at this point.
If any records at all have been detected, you may let Glossa import this part of the data.
However, it is advisable to check the file again around and about the line that caused the error. Usually it is a simple typing error that can easily be fixed.
If it turns out, that this was in fact not the cause for the error, you may start a Web search using the error message, that Glossa displays. You’ll typically find useful information this way.
